この研究の目的は、デジタル市民参加を可能にするデジタル参加プラットフォーム（Digital Participatory Platforms、DPPs）の導入に対する不安と、個人、組織、労働環境の属性との関係を明らかにし、日本の地方自治体においてDPPsを導入する際に生じる可能性のある不安を公務員の視点から理解することでした。約200人の地方行政で働く人々を対象に行ったウェブベースのアンケート調査を用いて、ロジスティック回帰分析を実施しました。この研究がDPPsの導入を促進し、政府と市民の双方にとってコミュニティの発展を改善し、地元の問題を解決するのに役立つと信じています。
The importance of Digital Participatory Platforms (DPPs), which utilize dig
ital technology as a tool for digital citizen participation in smart citie
s, is increasing around the world. The purpose of this study was to clarify
the relationship between the anxiety about the introduction of DPPs and the
attributes of individuals, their organizations, and their work environment
s, in order to gain insight into the anxiety that may arise when introducin
g DPPs to local governments from the perspective of civil servants in Japa
n. A logistic regression analysis was conducted using a web-based questionn
aire survey of approximately 200 people working in public administration. W
e believe that this research will facilitate the introduction of DPPs and h
elp to improve community development and solve local problems for both the
government and citizens.
